personnel du petit déj et des chambes efficace et aimable
l'accueil qui, lors d'un coup de fil une demi-heure avant notre arrivée, nous a demandé d'arriver pile à l'heure indiquée sur booking, dont nous pensions qu'elle n'avait qu'une valeur indicative. Nous pensons que la personne à la réception a agi ainsi par convenance personnelle. Pas d'aide au port des bagages, alors que pas d'ascenseur. Chambre non climatisée, difficile de trouver le sommeil

The location was excellent, although in the old town, it was very quiet. Car parking was close by and very convenient. The room, although small, was comfortable with a small balcony.
The stairs to the room were narrow and steep making it difficult to bring luggage. The food in the restaurant was expensive for what you get. The breakfast was brought to the table by the staff and was very simple, no buffet available. The management did not seem interested in customer care and gave little direction to the staff who tried their best.
