The staff is super super polite and helpful specially Mohamed and Ahmet from the reception.
Nothing, only that the room was kind of small.

Heya hotel Surprised me in a very positive way. After many stays in Istanbul around Taksim square, i could say that this was one of the best Stays.
Location is perfect just few steps from Taksim Square, yet still in a quiet neighborhood where u can enjoy a very good night sleep without the noises of Istanbul night life.
Rooms though a bit small but very clean and have everything u need to make ur stay as comfortable as possible.
Staff (and that was the highlight of the stay) were super friendly, always smiling and willing to help and answer all questions. Especially the front desk Guys, Mohamad from Ghazzah and Ahmet and also the night shift guy (didn't get his name) and their assistant Amir. The cleaning African lady on the third floor who was always smiling.
Breakfast was good and had many options for different tastes.
All in all it was a very good stay from the beginning of the booking and the way the staff communicated with us till the check out and the nice gestures when we left.
Its a great value for the money we payed and a highly recommended hotel for anyone wishing to explore Istanbul.

All staff were great, all the way from Amit at the door to the handyman.
A special thank you to Ahmet at reception who was able to trace the phone I left in my taxi and returned within hours ...
Also thanks to Mohammed also at reception who was always ready to help and very hospitable, always finding a way to accommodate guests requests.
