We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it to others!

Excellent location and Very good accomodation furnished with comfortable beds, spacious rooms and bathrooms, heating was good. Great location with everything accessible from restaurants, cafes to tram stop and at walkable distance from the city centre. We were allowed to check-in early as well, with detailed instructions for collection of the room key.

Windows had to be kept closed since there was a lot of smoke from restaurants outside. A little stuffy in the middle bedroom.

Clean modern, well furnished apartment in a great location.

Clean modern well furnished apartment, great location close to the university. sturdy furniture, comfortable beds, ample space, good clean fridge, oven & hob. If it was not such cold weather while we were there it would have been perfect.

Difficulty entering the building initially, the instructions did not work and the entry phone keys were hard to read, luckily another tenant let us in the collect door keys. Heating was on when we arrived which we were thankful for in the exceedingly bad weather. However I could not use heating controls to increase temperature, probably not needed normally but it was bitterly cold weather during our stay. Could not find any guide to heating controls in the apartment.

Whole stay was amazing great location great value for money staff were amazing couldn't falt this place clean from top to bottom would 100% recommend

Bed was too hard for me but geuss some people prefer that wouldn't put me off staying again whatsoever

Spacious, well equipped apartment in a good location.

Good location, safe/secure facilities, much bigger apertment than expected.

No dislikes as such, but couldn’t open any of the windows, so we couldn’t ventilate the bathrooms or get onto the balconies.

Living room is spacious, near university of Sheffield, an a walk away to the mosque, its near city centre and tram station

Water is either too hot or too cold

Good value for money and well located for easy access to all Sheffield has to offer.

Beds were nice and comfy and the bedrooms were quiet considering the central location.

The flat is in need of some TLC and a deep clean as it’s looking a bit tired.

Would definitely recommend and use again when I’m at Sheffield.

the flat is very spacious and the staff were so helpful and accommodating.

It is very dimly lit and because our visit was during the winter even the windows didn’t help. Which is a minor note but would’ve made a big difference to me personally.

Lovely apartment first class service by agents

Location and apartment lovely. Very central for city centre. Kspace the agents were exceptional, arrangements all very clear and set up the apartment with balloons and gifts for a surprise for my daughter and it was fantastic. Easy and efficient they couldn’t have been more helpful. Parking a real benefit, secure and underground so really useful in the rain! Thank you

Not safe for kids, I will never stay again

Location is good, huge tv both living room and bedroom, netflix on tv and huge mirror on both toilets and lots of natural light and huge living room

Not safe for kids or adults. Few hours after I arrive I realized that one of the door-like-windows (i supposed a balcony door but without a balcony)was not properly closed. Can you imagine if my kids were at the window before me?! I cried straight away and grateful that my kids didn’t open the door before me, plus there were 2-3 doors like this. Other doors comes with balcony but this unlocked door wasnt. I think they should not have operate this unit until they solve this door. The door doesn’t have multiple locks too. I had to be extra cautious of my kid’s movements for the whole stay

comfortable flat in the city center

the location was perfect the flat was very well maintained. clean and very comfortable. The flat had everything we needed.

we stayed there for 5 nights and when we asked for one hour late checkout we were asked to pay an extra fee. On other experiences we had before on other accommodations if the room was available we were never asked for more for one or two hours late check out.
