The room was beautiful and cozy and furnished and decorated to a very high standard. The same is true for the rest of the hotel. The bus stop is just a few steps walk from the hotel which was great as it made it very easy to travel to Zakopane and for destinations for starting walks in the national park. Walking to the edge of the park is also quite possible - we did this a few times.
We asked for a fan for the room and also a softer matress for the bed, and the hotel provided both very quickly which was great.
It would have been nice to have longer hours for the spa facility, perhaps starting at 16:00 hours.
