Super friendly staff, Andrew and Damian were very welcoming and helpful.
The facilities and the room are well maintained and has everything you can think of: from a fully equipped kitchenette to a reception with a couple of games for the kids.
Room cleaning during our stay was not the finest, and we always had to ask for additional towels since they did not provide 1 towel per person.
Also, the parking gate is always open, so people from outside the complex park and go all day and night, reducing the sense of security..

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was comfortable and well organized. A special thanks to Damian for being so helpful and explaining everything we needed. His kindness and great service made our stay even better.

The breakfast at the nearby restaurant was outstanding. As a matter of fact we ate at the upstairs restaurant every day of our stay (breakfast and dinner) because the food was so good and the staff were so pleasant. We also loved the room amenities and decor. We didn't have much time to use the spa unfortunately but it looked very inviting. Would definitely recommend to friends/family and would return here when back in Zakopane again.
