We had a very pleasant stay. It is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location, with convenient parking, and our room was lovely and very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good and various.
I think the hotel should be much more transparent about its “spa” facilities. Calling it a spa is, frankly, misleading. There is a regular sauna and two tubs: one hot tub and one cold tub. That’s basically it. Even more concerning, the water does not seem to be changed very frequently, which is not particularly reassuring.
And after 7 p.m., using the tubs becomes an additional charge, which I found quite absurd for a hotel advertising itself as having spa facilities.

We stayed in a spacious mountain-view room on the 5th floor, and the view was absolutely amazing. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the room was nicely decorated.The room was warm as it’s next to the sauna and jacuzzi area.The breakfast was good, and the location is excellent—just a short walk from Krupówki Street, making it easy to explore the town, restaurants, and shops.
The bedding did not meet 5-star standards. The top sheet was noticeably too short for the bed and did not provide adequate coverage, making the bed look untidy. The pillows also had an unpleasant odor and seemed as though they had not been properly washed or refreshed for some time, which impacted our comfort. The bathrobe was too small and felt unsuitable for an average adult guest.

Location of the hotel
I was dissatisfied with the behavior of the male receptionist; however, the female staff member was more professional. Additionally, no one assisted us with taking our luggage to the room.
