Bardzo uprzejmy personel, witający z uśmiechem. Na miejscu okazało się, że mój pokój jest już gotowy i od razu dostałam klucz, pomimo że przyjechałam dużo wcześniej niż godziny zameldowania. Fantastyczna lokalizacja blisko Krupówek, przystanku oraz sklepu. W pokoju jest wszystko co potrzeba. Duży plus za całodobową recepcję oraz możliwość przechowania bagażu.
Na niektórych elementach wyposażenia widać ślad czasu, jednak nie przyćmiewa to pozytywnych aspektów obiektu i całościowo jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu.

Personale gentile e disponibile, camere comode, ottima posizione per visitare sia il centro di Zakopane che la parte dei percorsi naturalistici. Eravamo a poche centinaia di metri da una via principale da cui passano parecchi autobus che portano nei luoghi di interesse come il lago di Morskie Oko
Le finestre avevano delle tende poco coprenti, appena faceva giorno la stanza veniva subito inondata di luce e per me che necessito del buio assoluto per dormire è stato un problema

Convenient location for those who want quick access to the city center. There’s a Biedronka grocery store just a minute away, and in the hotel courtyard there’s a food truck that serves very tasty and affordable pizzas.
The toilet was not clean – it was covered in black mold or something similar. There is no sound insulation at all – you can hear everything the neighbors are doing. If they decide to party in the evening, expect a sleepless night. There’s no refrigerator, no power sockets near the bed, and everything in the room feels old and worn-out.
