Beautiful hotel, impeccably clean with a friendly team. The hotel is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from the train station and the same again to the town centre. The room was comfortable and matched the charming historic character of the building. Breakfast was outstanding with plenty to choose from. The spa was a nice touch after a long day to unwind and relax
Our room was located by the main road, as it was very warm we had to have the windows open which was a little noisy in the evening. Not the hotels fault, and it quietened down later at night.

Lovely historic building conveniently located between the train station and the main tourist street in Zacopane with many shops and restaurants for tourists within walking distance. You can take a short taxi ride to get to hiking trails. Pretty good breakfast and swimming pool and saunas. Comfortable robe and slippers provided.
The layout of the spa was a bit underwhelming as the saunas were quite far from the pool and jacuzzi and the front desk was far from everything so it was hard to get adequate/extra towels. As a result the floors were very slippery. Also lots of families and children so it could get noisy at the pool but the room was quiet.

Location and facilities
My room was located on the top floor and I had to constantly watch out to not hit my head, it was hot, and the front desk told us it was the same price as every single room no matter what floor. They should inform customers of the lowered ceilings and not be offered at the same price.
