This was one of the most relaxing stays I've ever been in a hotel. The rooms are spacious and everything is well-kept, the staff goes the extra mile, the breakfast was full of choices, the hotel is right next to lovely thermal pools, and it was so easy to get to the hotel, and to walk into the high street from the hotel.
Nothing. To my mind, this hotel is simply wonderful.

The hotel was very welcoming. It was well laid out with easy access to all amenities. Access to the pools was extremely easy and a great benefit of this hotel. Rooms were basic but comfortable.
Breakfast was very busy, and we needed to queue up for coffee and food. It was a busy time for the hotel however. We had an experience where children were knocking on hotel doors after 9.30pm, we raised this to a porter who strugged his shoulders. Though after going down and speaking to the front desk, it was resolved. It's a walk to many of the main slopes, though there is one small slope quite near.

The room was not cleaned on several days. There was no information about the services in English. Visiting the water park is calculated by time, the cost will be known after paying the bill.
