Gut bis sehr gut gäbe es keine zusätzlichen versteckten Kosten

Sehr gut Ausstattung sowie das ganze Hotel sehr modern

Viele versteckte zusätzliche Kosten wie z.b parken 20€ pro Tag, bei buchen von Mittagessen gibt es nur Wasser als trinken umsonst jedes weitere Getränk kostet ab 15zl für kleinen Saft und der Rest aufwärts. Dann kommen noch zusätzliche Reise Gebühren pro Person, somit sollte man viel mehr Geld einplanen als bei booking eingegeben wird..

Śniadanie, pokoje bardzo ładne i w pełni wyposażone. Dostęp do sauny w hotelu jak i przejście do term w szlafroku.

Świetne miejsce na pobyt w Zakopanem. Szczególnie zasługuje na plus bliskość term. Smaczne urozmaicone śniadania,wspaniala pomocna obsługa. Brakowało mi jedynie, jak powinno być w 4 gwiazdkowcach,- kosmetykow i akcesoriow w pokojach- balsamu do wlosow,igielnika,patyczkow,szczoteczki do zębów, miniatorowej pasty do zębów,grzebyczka,czyscika do obuwia....etc. takich drobiazgow które powinny być w hotelu 4 gwiazdkowych. Prócz tych uwag,wszystko zasluguje na swietny standard.

Brakowalo drobiazgow,jak na hotel 4 gwiazdkowy przystoi. Brakowalo kosmetykow i akcesoriow w pokojach- balsamu do wlosow,igielnika,patyczkow,szczoteczki do zębów, miniatorowej pasty do zębów,grzebyczka,czyscika do obuwia..

Fabulous

Breakfast was very good , the location is fantastic very close to all main attractions the aqua park is joined with the hotel so there’s big traffic there with children very very busy hotel I can’t belive how quiet was my room in all this busy season of half term thank You dobry hotel 🙌

Chciał bym tutaj wrócić.

W restauracji przy stolikach 6-cio osobowych siedziały 2 osoby a rodzina 5-6 osób nie miała miejsca (3-4 osobowe stoliki były wolne).

Ūdens atrakciju parka tuvuma dēļ dzīvot var.

Brokastis ļoti labas,ērta atrašanās vieta,tuvu centrs,atsaucīgs personāls.Labs restorāns par pieņemamām cenām.

Nepatīk,ka pasūtītais numurs neatbilst manai izvēlei,ko esmu pasūtījis un apmaksājis.Ja pasūtīts numurs ar balkonu vai terasi,bet tiek iedots numurs,kur pat logu nevar atvērt,tad brīvdienas ir pabojātas.Un tas pēdējā laika ir ne tikai šajā hotelī.Katrs izdara izvēli un ir pārliecināts,ka piedāvājums tam atbildīs.Sajā hotelī ir maz iespēju bērnu nodarbināšanai.Ne jau visu dienu mirksi ūdenī.Neliela bērnu rotaļu istaba ir tikai 6.stāvā un arī tā ir ne visiem vecumiem.Hotelis liels,vajag vairāk aktivitāšu iespēju arī pieaugušajiem.

L’habitació era molt confortable, les instal·lacions espectaculars amb moltes coses pels nens com una habitació de jocs, i espectacular les piscines amb el parc aquàtic

Very pleasant and short stay.

Hotel was super clean, quiet, cozy and abit fancy. Restaurant ala carte meniu was very nice, with polish traditional dishes and usual choices. Beef tartare is amazing. Hotel has included saunas so its nice addition. Breakfast was amazing too with wide variety of dishes. Also very nice addition if the weather is bad - swimming pool with jacuzzi, kids zone, slides and thermal pool outside.

Everything was fine.

Jemné sklamanie.

Relatívne blízko centra, čistý a moderný hotel s priateľským personálom. Veľmi seriózne raňajky s veľkým výberom.

Veľmi malá izba, nefungoval telefón a nedalo sa teda nič riešiť s recepciou, ani objednať si večeru na izbu. Trezor nefungoval. Ale čo je asi najpodstatnejšie, že pre hotel takej kategórie by malo byť parkovanie v cene ako samozrejmosť a nie to ešte pýtať 18euro za deň!!!

Świetne termy.

Z hotelu można przejść korytarzem bezpośrednio na termy. Świetny baseny termalny z widokiem na Tatry.

Wysokie ceny parkingu niewliczone w koszt pobytu- parkowaliśmy więc w weekend bezpłatnie na ulicy. Wysokie ceny śniadań w obiekcie.

Rezerwując pokój byłam przekonana, że mamy wykupione śniadanie. Przy zameldunku okazało się, że nie.

Pokój był bardzo komfortowy. Duży ładny z wieloma udogodnieniami.

W cenie pokoju nie było śniadania, a cena nie była mała.

Best choice for those who want to visit Termy Zakopane

- Beautiful views over the mountains no matter the weather - Close to the center (walking distance), Biedronka accross the road - You can get access to Termy via the passageway for guests, so you can go in a bathrobe all ready to have some fun (I informed the receptionist about my multisport card to get the access), bathrobe and towel for Termy is prepared in the room for you - I liked the design of the room with the usage of natural wood, comfy and soft towels, sheets, pillows.

- In general the mattresses were comfy, but we got two separate mattresses on double bed, which is never good for a couple - I found a couple of blood stains on the floor and on the curtain. On the floor it was almost cleaned out and most of people might not even notice it. But on the curtain it was clearly a bloodstain that was never cleaned. Apart from that thee room was perfectly clean.

We loved staying at Aquarion Hotel in Zakopane. The location was very convenient to Krupowki, bus and next door water park! Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We usually don’t visit the same places but will return to Aquarion!

lovely stay!

- the reception staff help you with their hearts! Amazing lovely people. - breakfast has many selections 👍🏻 - location is not too far from the center

- cleaning needs a little bit improvement. - they don’t provide booking tours, which i think would be a great addition to the hotel instead of going to the main street and booking by yourself. - adaptors provided didn’t work - since the check out is at 11 am, we opted for late check out at 12 pm instead, but to our surprise a lady opened the door on us before it’s 12!!!!!

Great place to stay!

Close to thermal pools, family friendly, cleaning staff extremely nice and pleasant, reception desk very helpful, tasty breakfast! We wil be commimg back

I spend a weekend in Zakopane with my 8 year old son. We had a great time and really liked the hotel. Great location, go

- location - walking distance to the town center - restaurant - really good food for adults and children - comfortable room with a nice view - access to the aqua park

- I had to pay additionally to access the swimming pool

The parking was very expensive. The prices to the termal park is higher for the hotel guest. The bed was small.
