Staff on the reception was excellent and very helpful, nice hotel with a big playing area for kids
Staff at the bar was very slow, very poor English. Behind a sofa-chair was used t-shirt and crips, which made an expression of not proper cleaning

Spacious, nicely decorated and maintained, very clean and large rooms, exceptional breakfast, wonderful staff.
Free sparkling water in the rooms daily.
Wonderful saunas and a pool enough for a leisurely swim. Table tennis was a great exercise for rainy days.
Located a bit closer to the mountain trails.
There’s a mountain river right along the hotel, can be heard all night, as well as the road traffic.
No air conditioning and literally no ventilation when temperature rises 20 degrees Celsius. Room was stuffed with air and open balcony didn’t help much.
In West facing room it was quite hot.
