Easy access to the railway station and able to walk to the Old Town area and lake. Clean facilities. We were met at the property by the host, who was amazingly strong and carried our heavy bags upstairs. The accomodation was very clean and attractive, and there was a separate bedroom and living room. Great facilities for self catering.

The space, the parking, reasonably close to the centre (20 minute walk) and a bath was nice.
Oven didn't work which, tho' not the end of the world for us, was a disappointment (warming up pizza on the hob etc) as we'd booked an apartment rather than a hotel because it was for two nights. I did txt about it and was told the person responsible would be told (and I assumed sort it out or give us a rebate) but never heard a word back - so I suppose I'd have to say it wasn't particularly good value.

It had off street parking. Cheap in Annecy. There was space for 2 people. All basic amenities were there.
Heat - if windows were open the mosquitos came in, if windows closed it got very hot- nights were just about bearable with the fan running.
Superficially clean
No ice box in the fridge
Limited cooking utensils and pans
We left a day early than planned because of the heat
