Room was tiny, we were expecting it to be small however it was really very small. Homeless people hanging around outside. The receptionist when we arrived was abrupt well actually rude, really unhelpful. The vending machine was broken so it wasn’t possible to buy drinks. Annecy itself is lovely but avoid this hotel.
