The views from our room were lovely. The staff were exceptional and were able to help us when we needed it. There were some lovely walks nearby too. The beds were comfy and clean. Overall a really lovely, peaceful stay
The lack of public transport to the property meant we had to rely on Ubers which are pricey. A kettle in the room would also be good however staff were able to give us boiled water.

Fabulous staff, incredible setting. Would highly recommend the restaurant. Hikes from the door into the gorgeous Pyrenees forests. Rooms were comfortable and had views that took our breath away. Staff were wonderful, friendly, attentive and so welcoming. We were really surprised it was so quiet at what must be peak season. As part of an amazing 2 week road trip, this was the highlight, due to the hotel the surroundings and the wonderful staff.
The pillows were a little uncomfortable!

Location, in the mountains by a lake. Lots of hiking trails. No need to drive. Rustic charm. Restaurant great, nice breakfast. Quiet, adventure.
Worried places like this will disappear! Was a small Swiss style lodge.

Loved this hotel - from a warm welcome to delicious meals in the restaurant and breakfast as we requested. Peaceful location with spectacular views and nearby lake. Staff were particularly helpful and concerned when we had a mishap and needed a few extras out of normal hours - room was spacious and modern bathroom.
Perhaps a kettle in the room for tea/coffee. There was also a door into the corridor of rooms that other guests let bang shut which was annoying.
