Very good

Well cared for room and grounds. Good aircon. Helpful stuff. Great location - in a peaceful place, yet within few minutes walk to the beach and several (very good) restaurants and shops. Internal swimming pool was a blis, but could be opened longer. Very good and rich breakfast. Water dispensers provided around the hotel.

Rooms and balconies feel a bit small for a weekly stay. Swimming pool opening hours could be extended - both in the mornings and evenings. The hotel was full - there was really hardly any space at the pool, luckily the sea is much better and is just 3min walk away. Very high prices in the hotel bar for non-all-inclusive guests. Wifi was a bit slow and unstable due to the hotel being full, which was a bit of a problem as we had to work during our stay. The hotel failed to accomodate us in a place with better wifi even though we provided this request a couple of weeks before our stay and it was noted.

Very good

location is amazing, the rooms are located in an oasis area its really nice to walk around! the pools are very large and u book your pool-beds for the whole period u stay at the hotel, which makes it very convenient not to search around for empty available spots. also the nearest beach is like 3mins walk with great views and crystal clear waters. breakfast had so many varieties and everything was very tasty. on our day of arrival we had an issue with our room and gladly we got transferred to another one, very kind and helpful staff. had also booked two spa sessions which were very good as well.

pillows are not comfortable at all, we are a family of 4, two adults, two kids (7&4yrs), we had a double bed and two sofas-transformed to beds for the kids, but none of us slept well at night coz of the pillows and the covers are for single beds, so we had to use one each for the double bed. also the spa room is right next to the indoor pool and there was so much noise from the people enjoying their time there, so we couldn't really relax during our spa sessions. Also the indoor pool and spa aren't open during Sunday so make sure u pre-book any session you want beforehand.

Superb

Lovely beach, nice pools, delicious food (although some vegetarian oprions at the "live cooking" would have been nice!), great for children, overall a very nice stay.

Overall enjoyed stay, thanks to hotel for birthday card and bottle of wine.

The restaurant manager and staff were excellent, always prompt service. Good variety of food, but could have been warmer.

Housekeeping was minimal, was left clean sheets, but had to make own bed. Waste bin in bathroom not emptied every day, needs improvement.

Good for families

The room was clean and modern, good gym, good variety of food in the restaurant, fun animators. Very nice little beach in front of the hotel, but unfortunately no hotel sunbeds as it is a common beach.

Food quality at the buffet could’ve been better and personnel could’ve been more attentive as drinks were at times forgotten and took ages to get them. Sunbeds way too close to each other. Clearly a family oriented resort and not the most relaxing experience for a couple.

The rooms are spacious, there are the necessary things to prepare something to eat. We were in a cottage away from the pool and it was quiet and peaceful. We were all inclusive, the food is good, there are different themes - Asian, sea and additionally a grill works, so you have a choice of freshly grilled meat. The staff is kind, always responsive, congratulations to the Bulgarian team. The pools are warm and maintained, it is a great decision to have an umbrella reserved for the entire stay with your room number. There is a public beach next to the hotel, which is suitable for children, long shallow, with sand, an umbrella and 2 sunbeds are 7.5 euros. In the evening, there is a children's disco and various entertainments - focos, parrot show. It is the ideal holiday for a family with children.

As a recommendation, there can be a mop in the bathroom, because after bathing for four, everything is in water. The pillows were uncomfortable.

Highly recommend

Great location with lovely beach. Excellent breakfast. Good gym. Lots to do from football to volleyball, from swimming in the sea to using the spa. Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful bar on the beach.

WiFi was a bit dodgy at times.
