The staff were lovely. Miss Kate the manager was fantastic. Disabled person friendly and the location was great.i loved hearing the ocean and seeing the ocean from my balcony. The rooms are not small but are not big either. The rooms are lovely and spotlessly clean and housekeeping is done everyday. Clean white sheets and fresh towels. The beds were very comfortable. A great breakfast selection and the pools are lovely. The hotel has security and it is easy to get a taxi out the front. The staff are honest and speak English very well.. I had lovely hot showers all the time and the bathrooms are a good size. I did enjoy my stay here and would stay again. I am 64 with mobility issues and I travelled with my grandaughter. I had a lot of respect and help from the hotel staff. But so did all the other hotel guests.
The rooms at the front of the hotel have beautiful ocean views. The road noise is quite disturbing and goes till about 1am..it's the scooter and motorbike noise.. I suggest soft ear plugs or wear a Bluetooth headband with white noise to get to sleep early. Most of the hotels on that kuta beach strip have the same problem. So not just this hotel. But still worth the views. The room tv does not have any streaming networks but did have a few hbo chanels. All in all it is part of the wyndham group and it is still a quality hotel without the huge price tag. I would happily stay again and highly recommend the ocean view rooms you just need ear plugs. The views outweigh any other minor noise issues..

I like the location if the hotel its near the beach and near in resto and cafe most specially in market
I dont like the rooms and the facilities most specially the room we book Im expecting its value my money,the fredge is broken the water from the fridge is leaking, I call the staff but they did not pay attention to my complain and the door of the cr is really hard to close, the restroom is not that clean. I though they going to call someone to check the room but they didnt.
