La struttura è bella ma non è ben gestita e l'esperienza è stata un po' deludente.

Fermo restando sui molti aspetti negativi, l'hotel ha anche molto di buono. Le stanze sono belle e piuttosto nuove, il bagno pure è molto bello e luminoso, il balcone dà sulla piscina ed è arredato con stendino, tavolino e due sedie. La stanza è fornita di asciugamani extra per piscina e palestra. Il ristorante interno è molto buono, sempre disponibile e la scelta è varia. Trovare del buon pane fatto col lievito madre è stata una bella sorpresa! Forse un' po più caro di quanto sarebbe giusto, ma va bene. Il personale è molto gentile ma a volte ci si sente un po' sopraffatti da troppe attenzioni, domande, inviti, suggerimenti. Potrebbero invece fare di più per riprendere gli ospiti con basso livello di educazione ed imporre loro un minimo di decoro.

La condizione della stanza al mio arrivo era pessima. Scrivania unta di olio, stendino rotto, lavandino otturato, doccia non funzionante, ciabatte sporche dell'ospite precedente, porta del bagno bloccata, macchie marroni sugli asciugamani, tenda oscurante che non si chiude. La soluzione che mi è stata proposta è stato un cambio di stanza, di categoria INFERIORE, il giorno SUCCESSIVO. Ovviamente ho rifiutato. Ho preteso che si sistemasse il più possibile e sono stato in parte accontentato, ma questo episodio è vergognoso per un hotel. Certe cose non potevano essere sistemate. La stanza infatti non è isolata e sembra di avere le motociclette nel letto per tutta la notte. I tappi non bastano. Come se non bastasse la tenda oscurante è meno lunga della finestra, quindi rimane uno spiraglio di luce a completare delle nottate infernali. L'aria condizionata è debolissima e va tenuta sempre a massima potenza per avere la stanza fresca. Ma se c'è il sole al pomeriggio, entra dalle finestre e la stanza diventa un FORNO e non puoi farci niente. La pulizia giornaliera delle stanze è troppo casuale, capita di tornare dopo molte ore e trovare la camera ancora da rifare, così non ci riesce ad organizzare il tempo. Inoltre, è piuttosto superficiale, la stanza rimane comunque sporca di uno sporco antico. Asciugamani e lenzuola spesso hanno macchie. La colazione è molto ripetitiva e la qualità è scarsa: i succhi di frutta sono fatti con le polverine, la frutta spesso è amara, il "bacon" è su richiesta e non è vero bacon, è una robaccia processata e ricostruita che gli somiglia ma il sapore è diverso e terribile. Poiché la colazione costa 115'000 IDR, non è accettabile. In qualunque warung poco fuori puoi avere un lauto pasto per 30-50'000 IDR. Condividere il tavolo della colazione con ospiti maleodoranti già dal mattino e che mangiano i noodles con le mani è difficile per un occidentale.

SHOCKED AT THE PRICE!

I’ve been to bali multiple times, this in fact was the BEST hotel i’ve stayed in! The room is immaculate and always cleaned well by house keeping each day! we stayed on the bottom floor right near the pool. Pool was also great for bub! Location is not far from the beach! we didn’t realise there was a second entrance which led straight to the main strip. Being a flight attendant as well, i can honestly say this accommodation is 1000% better than the accommodation the airline i work for provided when on layovers! Price is also a bonus!

Didn’t have any bad experiences, i see some people complain about the aircon but jt was actually fine!

Относительно свежие номера, удобные кровати и чистое постельное белье

Бронировали номера с балконом (как было написано на букинге) при заселении номера оказались без балконов. Не стали долго спорить и сказали, что готовы доплатить за номера с балконом, на что нам ответили, что их сейчас нет- открываю букинг и показываю, что они есть. Сделав удивленное лицо сказали бронируй- мы заселим. Цена нормального номера сразу стала значительно выше среднего, что не оправдано для этого отеля. - ОЧЕНЬ ШУМНО. Спать только в берушах. Закрытые окна не помогают. Шум с дороги и персонал парковки по ночам видео смотрит и разговаривает. Заснуть могли только после 3 часов ночи. - Много комаров, которые пытаются съесть целиком. - Тапочки не удобные, многоразовые, которые носят все наверное с момента заселения (по виду) - Завтрак сомнительный и однообразный - Уборка номеров вроде не плохая, но ходить с голыми ногами не вариант- все равно становятся грязными Несмотря на это все хотели продлить свой отпуск еще на пару дней. В итоге забронировав на букинге номер, что бронировали до этого (премьер) - мне опять сказали, что класс не тот- нужно доплатить, чтоб продлить номера с балконом. Развод на деньги, если у вас есть особые пожелания по комфорту на каждом шагу.

Great Location Shame about the Noise

Location is great - easy walking distance to Kuta/Legian/Beach. The room was clean and spacious with good shower/bathroom. The staff were also very friendly, efficient and accommodating.

The noise from the street was terrible. So loud even with the ear plugs they provide. The rooftop pool was like a hot bath as there was no pool filter running. No Umbrellas for shade. Very few beds available in the ground floor pool at any given time of the day. And how hard would it be to stock Bintang Radlers?

If I was to stay again I would request a room in the middle of the complex

Reasonable breakfasts. Could be a lot better. Hot dishes were cold. Not much changed over the 9 day stay. Staff were amazing.

Very noisy. Allocated room was basically on the road. Booked for a room with a pool view but didn’t have one available on arrival. Changed to room over the pool the next day on the 4th level. Street noise kept us awake most nights.

Disapointed with overall aspects of our stay

location

Had to wait 30 mins when arrived for luggage to be at room. No one showed us around. breakfast was limited. Bayne Marie food was cold not much variety. very noisy, hard getting out of lower pool, not enough sun beds.

Clean, modern and great value! We will be back!

We have stayed here a few times now and have always had the best experience. Central location, but can at times can be noisy with passing traffic. Staff are welcoming & always helpful. Clean, modern and great value! We will be back!

Some noise from traffic but once you’re in your room you don’t really hear.

Really loves spot to stay in Legion. Nice hotel and central enough to walk around and see the area.

Staff here is really lovely and helpful. This was our second time staying there. Great for kids as the pool spaces are very nice. We had a late flight and were able to check out, store our bags and basically move into the pool side cafe, as in we were charging our devices, watching shows and I even had my kids do some school work, for over 5 hours. Staff was kind and helpful.

Pulsating a hip and trendy vibe the Solia Legian is a hotel that is on par with many of it’s more expensive rivals.

The staff were great, a late arrival was no issue and we were check-in with no hassles. The breakfast crew each morning were some of the friendliest and happiest staff I have met in my travels, what a way to kickstart your day. It was well maintained and kept pretty clean. A great location if you are wanting to make Legian your home base, with all that you’ll want at the hotel’s doorstep or a short walk or scoot away.

It’s a personal thing, but the smoking, I am sure I booked a non-smoking room and I had to keep my door closed as the neighbours wanted to blaze a few cigs each morning.

a super special place to stay. amazing high quality modern facilities, gym, jacuzzi and swimming pool. staff are attentive, knowledgeable and go out of their way to help and make you comfortable and at home. high quality cuisine at every service from a master chef, wait and Bar staff. great value for money. staff are local, well trained and possess a generous caring nature that is genuine.

Fantastic small hotel to relax with great service

Very Clean and comfortable. Rooms were excellent service was great especially around the pool .

Breakfast was good but not brilliant . But for the price it was good value .
