JUST BOOK IT. This place is heaven. Beautiful gardens, architecture and pool. Lovely staff, great food in decent portions. Wonderful clothes and bags for sale made before your eyes by Nat at her sewing machine when she's not otherwise busy. Transportation organised perfectly. The right side of Siem Reap for Angkor Wat. SO BEAUTIFUL and laid-back and reasonably-priced.
The fans chopping the ceiling light beams in the bar/restaurant after dark. Not a major issue, but not epilepsy-friendly. The charming waiter needs to write orders down as he got a couple of ours wrong. Admittedly I don't speak Khmer but used Google Translate a fair bit.

Very friendly team. Very quiet location with a short ‘grab’ taxi ride to go into the town centre. Really nice pool. Lovely food.

Remote location - there are nowhere to go. All eating places are distant. We arrived at ~10 and it was not easy to negotiate some food. They sold us rice with eggs 3$ per portion though. But that was the only dish they agreed to cook. I think there are better choices.
