La piscine.La tranquillité.Personnel charmant à l’écoute et avec le sourire.
Internet trop lent si vous en avez besoin.Le corridor entre les chambres soumis à la pluie en saison humide.la cuisine extérieure c’est bien mais il faut pouvoir domestiquer les moustiques.La citronnelle ne fonctionne toujours pas aussi bien qu’on pourrait le souhaiter.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Isann war rundum gelungen. Die Villa ist stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet mit den grosszügigen Räumen und dem wunderschönen Pool den perfekten Ort, um nach einem Tag bei den Tempeln von Angkor zu entspannen.
Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage, die dennoch nur wenige Minuten von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und dem Zentrum von Siem Reap entfernt ist. Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt.
Ein besonderes Lob gilt dem Team vor Ort. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Man merkt, dass Gastfreundschaft hier wirklich gelebt wird.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Villa Isann jederzeit wieder buchen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Siem Reap und die Tempel von Angkor in einer stilvollen und entspannten Atmosphäre erleben möchten.
Das Einzige, was wirklich störend war, ist die schlechte Internet-Verbindung. Wer auch nur im geringsten auf stabiles und einigermassen akzeptabel schnelles Internet angewiesen ist, wird nicht erfreut sein.

We loved the pool. It was large and beautiful. The rooms were big and comfortable. We liked the style of the villa and the rooms. The common area/ kitchen is outside in the open, but luckily there weren't too many mosquitos. As the common areas are completely open you can't leave anything edible out, as there are insects and cats and so on. We just kept our food, that didn't need refridgerating, in the room. The property was cleaned as needed and the staff was very accommodating. The villa was at walkable distance from a supermarket and some restaurants.
There were only 3 pool chairs or loungers for the whole hotel. The villa is only private as long as there are no guests in the other side, that shares the pool. The walls are thin, so roosters, dogs barking, neighbours' music blastingin the morning - you can hear it all, but we got used to it.

La piscina ad accesso illimitato e la gestione degli spazi verdi esterni, arredamento squisito, camere spaziose e ognuna con a/c, letti confortevoli , bagni puliti e funzionali. Personale sollecito e gentile
Piccoli dettagli: attrezzatura per cucinare basica, non c’è lavatrice ma la struttura fornisce servizio lavanderia
