THE STAFF : Mr Adam, Mr Bond and all the front office team, plus the food and beverage team particularly Mr Ra, were certainly the most professional, friendly and helpful teams I have ever encountered in my 50 plus years of travelling the world for business & pleasure – well done and they certainly deserve recognition.
The hotel rooms and facilities were in keeping with the whole Angkor Heritage experience, exceptionally clean and well maintained. The food was well prepared and a good choice of local and western cuisine. The supply of bottled filtered water to the rooms daily kept pace with our needs and the breakfast boxes supplied for the sunrise were perfect.
All in all the hotel far exceeded expectations the location and the great consistently friendly, professional staff made this 7 day stay in so many ways just perfect - my family and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a home in Siem Reap while visiting the many amazing heritage sites.

We stay here all the time - this year 4 times already and we are heading back in September. Breakfast is excellent, staff are wonderful. Its just has everything you need for a beautiful relaxing stay

Everything was wonderful, comfortable, peaceful and relaxing. Short ride to the main streets and restaurants. Staff were friendly and welcoming plenty of options for breakfast to choose from.
You might want to stay longer.

Loved the staff at the front desk. They were super, super nice and very friendly and helpful. Can't say the same about the breakfast staff. Nice pool but in the afternoon its hard to get a free sunbed. Nice lobby area.
I stayed here before and the room was much nicer and better decorated then. This time the aircon was loud. The biggest let down was the breakfast. The quality of food was better before. Very average and cheap this time. Horrible coffee, made from powder. There are two building blocks. A new one which looks awsome and an old one, where I stayed. There are huge differences between the rooms. Location - on a road a bit outside of town. Thats OK if you dont mind a short taxi ride to the city. But here is nothing to see around the hotel. Close to a mini market though. I think this is a typical hotel for large tour groups. Would not stay here again.
