I really enjoyed the breakfast, with plenty of choices and everything tasting fresh. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was easy to arrange tours, massages, activities, and transportation, which made things more convenient. The room was spacious, and nicely kept. The spa was a lovely experience too, with kind staff and plenty of available time slots. Overall, I had a really pleasant stay.

The room was cozy and comfortable, with a nice tropical atmosphere around the place. The hospitality was warm and friendly, and I felt the stay offered good value for the price.

Property location and staff willingness to help.
The room did not match the description or photos shown at the time of booking. It also needed a thorough cleaning, several cupboard/closet fixtures were broken, and there wasn’t enough functional storage space for our clothes. Overall, it felt like we were assigned an older, unrenovated room that is due for updates.
