ホテルのスタッフがとても親切でした。
部屋のエアコンが効かなかったのですが、フロントのスタッフに連絡すると夜中1時でもすぐに対応いただき、部屋を変えてもらえました。
またリゾートホテルのため、敷地内に虫も多く、部屋に大きなミミズが出てきたときはスタッフにすぐに対応いただき非常に助かりました。
トゥクトゥクの手配をしていただいたり、チェックアウト後にもシャワーを無料で利用でき、助かりました。
ホテル側は全く悪くないのですが、リゾートホテルという性質上、虫が多いため苦手な方は注意が必要です。
また、ホテル専属のドライバーが陽気で気さくな方で道中よく話しかけてくださるのですが、夜中の便での到着でしたので、もう少しお気遣いいただけると非常にありがたいかなと思いました。

This place actually blew us away. We went in the low season and felt like we had the place to ourselves.
Nothing was too much trouble Homm booked all our tours and introduced us to mr Sareum tuk tuk driver for everything else we wanted to do. Sony transferred us from the airport. Vireak Vanny and too many more people to mention made us feel so cared for and we left promising to come back soon as we can.
Facilities were spot on restaurant was top notch and the buffet breakfast was so amazing.
We left feeling like we were family.
Leaving to come home.
