The hotel itself if beautiful and grand - as soon as you step in it feels like you've walked into a royal palace. The swimming pool is immense, clean and in a wonderful setting, surrounded by trees.
However, the thing that most impressed us were the staff. From the minute we walked in, they treated us like the most important people in Siem Reap. They made us feel like special and valued guests - nothing was too much for them and everything was done with a smile. We would especially like to thank Smee, Savam and Savourn (hopefully all names are spelt correctly!).
I would completely recommend this hotel and don't worry that it's not right in the centre of Siem Reap - that is exactly what makes it special. At night there is peace and quiet and you will get a good nights' sleep in your super comfy bed.
