We had an amazing time. The hotel is like a little oasis away from the city, yet so easy to get in via Tuk Tuk. Large rooms. The staff were so attentive throughout. Fabulous pool - we had it to ourselves most of the time.

Staff were very polite, helpful, attentive
The room air conditioning was not working and it was unpleasant sleeping in the humid environment .
The staff tried to rectify the problem but nothing worked. I asked about a possible room change but was told the aircond in the other rooms was the same.
The buffet breakfast was substandard.
