Amazing! thank you so much for your warm hospitality and all exceeded the cost due to my genius account but thank you for these all, love the breakfast service staff, and all great!
My first welcoming was a bit stressed and sad from the long waited to check-in and after their sale team found out their info from my booking site, as we arrived late and my mom a bit sick still have to wait for check-in done and the whole crew with my under 1year old kid, while there only me and family no other guests checking in, but they were curious why I could get the lowest price from booking.com site, they didn't want to accept but this was from my benefit as genius account from my often traveling beneficial to it, it new year celebration I do understand as that day, the hotel's boss have a party at their boutique and the receptionist doesn't dare to let me check-in after seen my booking code with the cheapest price they never sell, have to wait to be confirmed from their boss even have all my confirmation on booking.com.

They somehow ‘forgot’ to pick me up at the airport, leaving me, a foreigner traveling alone, stranded, as all the other people on my flight were picked up, I hope the cause for this error is determined so it does not happen to anyone else,
