The property is definitely the best choice for both short and long term travel. I stayed here for two weeks and it makes me feel at home. It takes only 3-5 mins to go to the Botany Town center. There are NW, shops, CW, bus stations ect. Everything is perfect. The staff is quite patient and nice and helpful. I believe i will choose Castle Newhaven next time.
The facilities are a little bit old actually, especially those at the kitchen. The litter bin in the toilet is very small which makes it not convenient to tidy up. But That's okay. Everything is just great.

Location , close to the Hub & Botany Plaza
Pool was nice
A little bit dated and tired .
Had to carry Huge bunch of keys around with you to access everything when just one key card would do .
Also exterior entrance doors need to have Soft Close door stays fitted as every time other guests come and go the doors slam loudly reverberating through the apartments
