Super friend staff, definitely looked after us well. Mostly renovated room was good too.
The location is fantastic! Across the road from Botany and handy to the motorway. Didn't hear hardly any of the road noise from Te Irirangi Drive either which was great.
I think you need to shift the new mattresses from rooms not yet renovated and not being used, to rooms that have been renovated and being used by guests. The old mattresses are in very poor condition. I also think you might need to have on hand a number of foam topper pads for when the new couch beds are used as they're very very very firm.
I also paid for a 2 bedroom family unit and we only had 1 bedroom with 2 single beds in it and the queen was in the lounge. It all worked fine but I would've preferred to have got what I was charged for.

Friendly host difernatly will be back again awesome also great area and gave us what we needed. Price is worth it indeed beds are nice. Thank you for an excellent stay quiet place
