Huge hotel and staff was friendly !
1. Too short breakfast/meal timings .
2. Spa was booked during all 5 days I stayed.
3. Room space is cramped despite handsome tariff

The rooms were a good size for Japan and I liked that the toilet was separate to the bathroom. The King bed was super comfortable and the view was really nice. Location was a little bit outside of Shinjuku but there was a frequent shuttle bus that we used a lot which was great!

Beautifully done, great location, well maintained
It’s more of an add on.. we didn’t expect that a property this size and rating will not have a swimming pool.

The cleaning staff were great, keeping the bedrooms fresh and clean each day. The location was excellent, around a 15 minute walk to Shinjuku station. There is a 7/11 in the basement which is 24hrs.
The staff in the lobby and front desk were not attentive at all, never said hello when you past them, I had to take my own bags to the bedroom which for a 5* property is poor service, sorry. The walls were extremely thin and could hear banging in the rooms around us and in the corridor which at times kept us awake.
