Beautifully furnished with very comfortable rooms. Very happy with our stay here. The restaurant team leaders were lovely. Enjoyed seeing Fabio & Nuna each morning and they were very accomodating.
Booked this hotel for its 9.6 location rating - however it’s seemingly located in a business district. Yes, quiet and away from the chaotic energy of Shinjuku, but at least a 15 minute walk before you get to anything of interest.

The cleaning staff were great, keeping the bedrooms fresh and clean each day. The location was excellent, around a 15 minute walk to Shinjuku station. There is a 7/11 in the basement which is 24hrs.
The staff in the lobby and front desk were not attentive at all, never said hello when you past them, I had to take my own bags to the bedroom which for a 5* property is poor service, sorry. The walls were extremely thin and could hear banging in the rooms around us and in the corridor which at times kept us awake.
