The location is spectacular. On the bank of the Mekong, a bit away from the noise of the town.
Stunning building as well. Beautiful garden and the smell of frangipani in the air.
Management should invest in training the staff. Everyone is kind but they are not trained at the level that this type of luxury hotel should have. It makes a difference for the overall experience.

The quality of bedding was great.
The reception staff took my phone. The pictures of the place are deceiving. The hotel is old and currently going through renovations.
Staff can’t understand basic English
