Ausgesprochen freundlicher Empfang durch den Rezeptionisten, auch der Sonderwunsch wurde ohne mit der Wimper zu zucken erfüllt. Parken in der Garage und Nutzung des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs waren inkludiert. Großes Zimmer mit Blick zum Gaisberg, man konnte Fenster und Balkontür vollständig öffnen (Klimaanlage ist zwar da, mag ich aber nicht). Zur Bushaltestelle wenige Meter. Frühstück war ok, man bemühte sich um zufriedene Gäste.
Es sind Kleinigkeiten: der Zimmerservice schien ein wenig überfordert zu sein. Einmal war kein Toilettenpapier mehr da, dann fehlte die Seife. Am Abreisetag kam jemand bereits 8 Uhr ins Zimmer. Klopfen und gleichzeitig Tür öffnen sollte man nicht tun.
Statt Bewegungsmeldern im Zimmer hätte ich mir simple Lichtschalter gewünscht.
Beim Frühstück war eines Tages ein Kellner alleine, der quasi kein Deutsch sprach. Da waren die Warmspeisen kalt und das Licht aus.

Excellent service from all the reception desk staff, the check in process handled by the very friendly,Mr.Kimhork deserves a special mention for the amazing job he did to welcome us and making us feel at home.Daily cleaning provided by the house keeping was a big plus.
All the important supermarket chains and buses just a few minutes walk away, and a fairly big mall right opposite the hotel.Just 15 minutes bus ride to the city center. Highly recommended hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay for all those looking for a perfect place to stay in Salzburg. A very big thanks to all the staff.
