You get a free public transportation card from the hotel, which is ideal, because it's so close to the train and bus station. No hassle with parking in the city. The room and bathroom were clean. It's in a quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast is included which is a good deal for the price you pay.
Shower is quite small, due to soap dispenser. I could manage, but I can imagine overweight people might have a bit of a challenge. The water was quickly hot, which was good. The wooden bed frame was creaking a lot and there is a lot of noise coming in from the hallway (underneath the door?). If there are rowdy guests in the hotel like was the case when we were there, you will be awake.
