The room was a good size for Europe. Kali, Elisabeth, Caroline and their staff were exceptional. Nothing was a bother and although we only stayed a week we left feeling as though they were family. The hotel is toward the edge of the city but is close to nature walks through the beautiful forests of Salzburg. The hotel gave us free bus passes and we found the bus service brilliant so could get into the city, neighbouring suburbs and towns in the region quickly and easily.

Location is really good, very peaceful. Staff are pleasant and supportive. Bus stop is just a walk away
Breakfast options are less especially the hot food. Room is excellent, however the bed is not comfortable compared to other hotels. So was not getting proper sleep.

Nothing.
A relatively old building, family-run, with some rather odd design choices. The view from the room was absolutely terrible. I was basically looking at another wall and a roof. The room was also very dark, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Massively overpriced, like almost everything in Salzburg.
