On arrival around 1000, we were going to store our bags, but to our surprise we were given a room that was ready. Also given an extra hour at check-out, and they invited us to use the beautiful garden and pool until we could leave later in the day. Very helpful with any requests or questions.
The location is about a 15-20 minute bus ride to town, free passes given.
It's quite a small room & bathroom. Glad we brought our own pillows!

We liked the heated pool. Great breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Restaurant in easy walking distance.
Room were a little small compared to other motels we stayed at.

Nothing.
A relatively old building, family-run, with some rather odd design choices. The view from the room was absolutely terrible. I was basically looking at another wall and a roof. The room was also very dark, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Massively overpriced, like almost everything in Salzburg.
