Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Good location, near the train station and free, regular bus into the city, with a stop immediately outside hotel .
Good value for money
Lack of little touches such as bottles of water and toiletries.

Great location that's a very short Bus ride into the very Salzburg City Centre .Always Very Friendly and welcoming Staff .

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly
A little tired, no drinks or tea and coffee facilities in the room so had to use the vending machine which were expensive. The main issue was having no air conditioning. The week I stayed it was over 30 degrees with only a fan to blow warm air around. Needless to say I had very little sleep. For a Four Star Hotel, I would except to have air conditioning & tea & coffee facilities in the room!
