The cleanliness. Breakfast was absolutely great. The experience of having everything online and digitally done. Super easy and fast. The location is also fantastic. close form train station and center of Salzburg.
The elevator, was not clear how it works. I am klaustrofobi and I used the stairs.

Once we actually got inside, it was clean.
Nightmare just gaining access, no staff at this hotel, everything is digitally. Which might be ok if you only book one room, with two rooms it’s very challenging. We spent 3 days there and they still don’t have the right people registered.

Everything was clean. Easy access. Busstop right in front of the hotel.
There was not much to do in the surroundings but it was just a 10 min ride to the center, so was not that bad

2 problems *The refrigerator in our room (a room booked for 4 people) was the smallest we've ever seen in a hotel- tiny, too small, with no freezer. It was a camping fridge! Which was terrible for a 3night stay, with 4 people. We could only fit 1 small bottle of milk (sitting sideways},1 small water bottle & a very small butter container. It was summer. We could not even get 1 water bottle a little cool. *The first problem we encountered was that there are no staff/people present (in person or online) which equated to no customer service. We stayed in many hotels throughout Austria & Germany on this trip and had 'real' responses from all other hotels if needed. We had messaged NUMA Salzburg days in advance advising of our early arrival and inquiring if we were able to check-in early or store our luggage (happy to pay extra). We received an AI response stating if our room was available on the day, the cost and that there were luggage lockers available (great!). We then contacted 24hrs before arrival to ask if early check-in was possible. Same response. We arrived after long travel and tried to contact online again (as no-one is there) we didn't know if we could go to the room or not? We kept at the online conversation but then could see we were being put through to another AI chat & then another AI response. No real answers, just a loop of different responses. So, we carted our luggage to our room thinking maybe the room is ready and they will charge us once they see we have entered earlier (there was no housekeeping to be seen throughout any of the hallways) rooms must be ready??- but we could not access the room (lots of walking, then storing bags in the lockers back down on ground level). Frustrating! No 'real person' customer service, just AI automated answers that don't give you the actual answer. It was a hassle to check-in, not streamlined (which is how I think they are trying to make it).
