The location and the breakfast spread. Our tour bus was able to park on the side of the hotel for easy boarding

Excellent breakfast with variety and quality
Uncomfortable room.
Misunderstanding of time to check in. Sent several messages that I will arrive around 3-4pm but they still thought that I will arrive 10pm. My spouse explained to the lady however she was not understanding. Finally she find out their mistake and apologize to us.
Noisy rooms. You can listen to the upper rooms noises and the alleyway.
