The location was really pretty close to the city center. Walking for maybe 8-10 minutes. The Salzburger restaurant across the street had really tasty burgers.
The housekeeping did a great job.
The receptionist was not helpful. We needed direction about parking and we drove around for 2 hours trying to figure out where to park. There was a parking garage right across the street that we were able to use with a discount from the hotel. She never offered us the discount coupon until we talked to her the third time and were very frustrated.
The room was clean and pretty comfortable. The only thing that was hard to deal with was it had an automatic light for the bathroom that turned on when you opened the door, so the person sleeping right next to the bathroom kept getting woken up whenever someone used the bathroom.

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood within a short walking distance from the Hauptbahnhof and the old town. We booked a room for 3 which had ample room was clean, had a good sized bathroom, and the added bonus of a balcony overlooking the street.
We stayed in a 3 bed room but we were only given one key. The staff were quite reluctant hold the key at reception when we left the hotel. There was no 24hr reception (we were aware of at the time of booking), so with only one key, we all had return to the hotel at the same time at night because we also needed the key for the front door.

Location was very close to the train station with short walk 10-15 minutes) to center of town. Very clean. Lots of shelving and space for belongings. Friendly staff. Very helpful. Staff upgraded me to one of the few balcony rooms, which gave me some nice cool ventilation at night. The balcony was quite small enough room to take a chair and sit briefly for morning coffee.
No restaurants within a few blocks. Only an issue of you are a single female walking after dark. Would have appreciated a kettle but carry my own.

Very close to the train station, the palace and a lot of good restaurants.
Check in was slow, we were there during a heatwave and our room was cool enough but there was no where to get a bottle of water for blocks.
