It had an ac, it was neat and clean
There were no kettles in room for tea/coffee.

Decent location. There's good connectivity to the city centre via bus route 21. No direct connectivity to the Station though. You'll have to change at Marktplatz.
The room is VERY small, even for a budget hotel. There are NO cupboards or any form of storage which makes unpacking a nightmare. The check in is from 3 pm in the afternoon which can be quite frustrating for those coming in the morning.
