The a.c. - it was very hot in Salzburg. View from windows. Good bathroom. Fridge. Comfy bed. Motion sensor lights. Quiet at night. Helpful receptionist. Attractive, clean room.
We would have preferred the option of twin beds. The towels could be bigger! The cleaner needs to clean or replace the tea cups and replenish milk, tea etc. The a.c. would go off after a few hours: I kept getting up at 2 am to turn it back on, however, it was exceptionally hot. Note: this hotel has no catering facilities, only a vending machine. Close to shops and bakeries though.

Good location about 20 min walk to centre. Also bus stop nearby and railway station walking distance
Decent sized room
Online check-in. There was no staff around for the majority of the time and we (along with other guests) struggled to get into building when we first arrived.
Fire alarm went off at 1am (luckily it was a false alarm) but that seemed to knock off the Internet and even though we reported issue twice it didn't work for the rest of our stay.
Hotel should have emailed a free bus pass for the duration of our visit but we had to chase it and didn't receive it for the 1st 2 days so had to pay for travel
