This hotel was renovated and now it looks so modern ! Beds are not like the photos. They are more modern and beautiful. The bathroom too and there is a place ( kitchen with tables) in front of the reception where you can read a book or take a break. You can have breakfast with discount in the corner of the street.The hotel is very close to the train station and Mirabell gardens !
The reception is only from 9 to 5 .after that you can whats app them but they never answered me. There are no lockers.

Location. Very close to most of tourist spots and central station
For my 4-day, 3-night stay, no one cleaned my room. There was no staff at the reception when I left the hotel in the morning, and also no one when I arrived. I didn't know whom to ask for help.

The rooms were comfortable and large. The receptionist was really nice and helpful
We knew there wasn't a lift but unfortunately we were booked into the 6th floor.
The stairs are fairly steep and not the easiest to climb and being over 70 some of us had to leave our suitcases down in the reception area on the ground floor.
Also the reception is only operated until midday
