This hotel was a surprise. A little bit out of town but well serviced by the local buses. The layout and functionality of the hotel was excellent so I will keep an eye out for this hotel chain in the future.

Nice and modern hotel with good facilities. It’s in a good location on one of the city’s main streets that lead to the city center, with fast connections by bus. The staff was nice, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There is AC (although manual, so no automatic temperature settings), so that’s very welcome in summer.
The bed mattress was nice and firm, but the pillows and duvet were those annoying lumpy, shapeless masses of white fluff. The biggest minus was the bathroom, which had a very tall WC bowl, so if you’re shorter your feet almost dangle on it. Also, the shower head was defective, so the water had low pressure. The breakfast selection was quite limited, but decent for a continental breakfast with some extras.

The lounge in the lobby was welcoming, engaging, and fun. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was as just a short bus ride from anything we wanted Ed to see, right on the bus line and the hotel provided us with the tourist transportation pass.
The only hiccup was when we asked the hotel to call us a taxi to the airport. We needed an extra large vehicle because our daughter had been studying in Austria and had very large suitcases. The desk staff didn’t really look at the amount of luggage and called a regular cab, delaying our departure by about 30 minutes until we got a taxi that worked.
