Good breakfast choice, something for everyone including our toddler. Lifts all the way to the 4th floor - for a family with stroller in Salzburg this was an absolute bonus. Rooms were exceedingly quiet - we were on top floor (4th floor) facing street but they appear to have well insulated windows. Location for the old town was amazing (depending on where you were heading, it was as little as 1 one busstop). We also had buses going to the station, to the Mirabell Gardens, to the river etc. We left the car in the parking garage for the entire 5 night stay. Our rooms were much more spacious than expected. The bathroom had a modular modern shower and was ultra clean. Staff exceptionally polite and helpful, particularly when I needed a charger for my phone.
Tiny things like small milks for coffee and a bottle opener, but these are minor and I have noticed hotels offer these less and less these days.
