Staff were very friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to be accommodating
The room was a little warm (in the unseasonably warm September days) and there didn't seem to be any way to turn the heating down.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Surprisingly good breakfast with wide variety.
Reasonable walking distance to the interesting parts of the city.
Price difference between a single and a double room quite significant.

Fine. Room was clean & comfortable. Staff were often not at desk.
Had issues initially with my credit card as was locked for international transactions. I notified Booking.com and hotel. Eventually had to call the hotel directly as they were about to give our room away. There should be an easier way. Had to call unlock my card to allow the hotel to take €0.01 so they knew card worked. As it was I paid with a different card on arrival
