Konum ana istasyona 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Önceden şehir içi ulaşım kartını mail ile ilettikleri için araçta kullanabildim. Resepsiyon görevlisi çok tatlıydı. Odalar temiz ve yeniydi. Balkonlu oda olmasını da sevdim. Bagaj emanetide çok rahattı.
Oda da su yoktu. Sabun ve şampuan bile yoktu.

Hbf ye yakın onunden otobüs geciyor ferah ve temiz 3 kişilik oda da yataklar cok rahattı.Ayrıca konaklama sürecınde otobuse ücretsiz binmek için olanak sunuyorlar kesınlıkle tavsıye ederım tekrar gideceğim.

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr gut und auch unser recht später Check-in hat gut funktioniert (auch wenn dies das einzige Mal war, dass die Rezeption besetzt war).
Unser 2-Bett-Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und bot gute Abstellmöglichkeiten für unser Gepäck. Badezimmer sehr gut, vermutlich kürzlich renoviert. Sehr positiv auch die moderne und daher leise Klimaanlage. Schade, dass es keine Leselampen an den Betten gab. Zimmer aber insgesamt gut.
Einiges an diesem Hotel wirkt doch arg unprofessionell, vor allem wird hier versucht, mit extrem wenig Personal zu arbeiten, was nicht funktioniert. Nicht akzeptabel ist, dass die nicht besetzten Zimmer im ganzen Hotel offen stehen, so auch unser Zimmer, als wir ankamen.
Absolutes Lowlight war aber das Frühstück, das wir für 8.00 angemeldet hatten. Zunächst gab es gar kein Brot, dann eine Mischung aus offensichtlich zusammengesuchten Resten und etwas Kuchen. Brötchen kamen dann nach mehrfacher Nachfrage um 8.20 Uhr – nicht so toll, wenn man wie wir das Hotel wegen der gebuchten Bahnfahrt um 8.30 verlassen musste… Die Person, die für das Frühstück verantwortlich war, konnte einem angesichts dieser wirklich mangelhaften Organisation nur leidtun. Das Angebotene war leider nur Ärgerlich und stand in keinem Verhältnis zu den aufgerufenen 15,- Euro pro Person.
