The staff was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is generally quiet. The location is near the metro station and a shopping center.
New arrival guests to the hotel may find the entrance a bit confusing. They have a small door on the side of the building (probably for quick access to the elavator for already checked-in guests, which is a plus), but the reception is still one escalator away, to the second floor. Or you can just take the main entrance at the front with stairs to reach the reception.
Not a bad thing though (they have signs to show directions), but it will be helpful for new guests, especially those arrive by metro, you will see the side door with the hotel name first and immediately choose that entrance, haha.

Per prima cosa, la cortesia di tutto lo staff. La presenza del parcheggio riservato. Le dimensioni della camera, gli arredi, la pulizia e, vista la mia altezza, le dimensioni e la comodità del letto matrimoniale. La vicinanza alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici, comodissimi per raggiungere il centro storico. Ci hanno anche fornito due voucher per l'utilizzo gratuito dei mezzi pubblici.

They charged me €25 for one day of parking in the basement, even though there is parking available in the hotel’s outdoor area that is free of charge.
The room is very small and cramped.
I also asked for slippers, and they told me to come to the reception and pick them up myself instead of delivering them to my room.
