Excellent hotel the reception staff were amazing particularly the older lady.
2nd time staying still had a problem with the staff at breakfast. We sat at a table for 4 as the other tables were either dirty or not set, an elderly waiter probably about 60 asked how many, I said 2 and received a sarcastic sigh then he walked away.

Perfect for walking and super close to Mirabell gardens. Next to Panorama Sound of Music bus tours. Spacious room. Clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet.
No courtyard view from the window. Maybe consider flower boxes outside windows. No where to sit and wait since we were an hour early to check in.

The location.
It’s a staff free hotel, without a reception or anyone else you could ask for. Not very responsive to messages. The bedding was uncomfortable since we got two different pillows and one was as tall as the Grossglockner. There was no parking from the hotel and the parking fees add up. The entry to the hotel was dirty and rundown. I didn’t feel that safe since there was no one there. It felt a bit like a student temporary accommodation or some better version of a capsule hotel.
