Excellent location - short walk from station and bus stop for the airport. Very close to restaurants and bars. Room very nicely decorated. Professional and friendly staff. Good coffee machine and the personalised note and little cakes were a lovely touch. Recommend the bakery hidden away in the courtyard opposite the hotel for a cheaper breakfast.
Room was very hot even though the weather was not especially warm - needed to use the fan in order to sleep.
Some traffic noise in mornings.

Extraordinary hotel with extrodinary menager Claudia. The building is amazing and very authentic. As Claudia told us, it dates from the XIII century. It is renovated accordingly, with great taste and with utmost care. It is very very comfy. Breakfast is excelent.

Good location and staff responded well to issues with the room.
Room servicing to prepare the room was not great. Also, issues with the bedside lights that could not be resolved. It was fair but probably doesn't offer value for money compared to other properties in this price range.
