Close to walk to the Mirabell Gardens.
Spacious room.
If I had to pick one thing I would say carpet was a bit hard to walk on like industrial carpet but the size of the room made up for it.

The hotel was in a great location within walking distance to the main sites. It was very clean and had a great style. The coffee lounge which had free tea and coffee was beautiful and so was the bar. Very retro. I would recommend this place
The hotel did not have air conditioning. They had a good fan. The staff did say that they are installing air conditioning. Also, there was no mini fridge in the which would have been good to keep water cold. However, we did use the fridge in the common room where we had coffee.

The hotel is down a quiet side street away from the bustle and bustle but in easy walking of the Mirabell Gardens and then on to the old town. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and well equipped. We knew beforehand that there was no air con but they instead do have an excellent fan in the room so all good.
