Perfect location near the city center and the city gardens, great solution for a quick stop in Salzburg
Well furnished although the small dimension of the room, had all the essentials.
Really appreciated the coffee in the room! 🫶🏻
We had the souterrain room, which was clearly stated in the reservation, but the window faced directly the cars parked, like 10cm distance, not kidding. When we came back to the room in the evening a couple was unloading their car just in front of us, it felt quite uncomfortable and had to lower down the roller shutter.
The room is very small and warm, so had to keep the fan working all night as we couldn’t open the window…

Comfortable bed and location.
If we wanted our room cleaned we had to pay extra, which is unsatisfactory, and bins were not emptied on a daily basis. Limited tea and coffee provided and shower gel was virtually empty on arrival. Room was very small for 2 people.
