Clean, fresh room overlooking the river.

Really central location, with a great eatery just along the same street. The staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The welcome drinks and tea and coffee in the room were a really nice touch. It was also significantly better value than many other hotels in the area. I particularly liked knowing that proceeds from the stay support charitable causes, so there is a genuine sense of giving something back. Don’t be put off by the word “hostel” either. I noticed that after booking and initially wondered what to expect, but we thought this was a really excellent place to stay.
There really wasn’t anything we disliked. The only observation is that the bed frames are quite high, which could be a little challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Other than that, everything was brilliant.

Functionally perfect. 10 minutes walk from the downtown (where all the tourist attractions are concentrated). The staff is great (polite and kind and helpful). The beds are comfortable. The rooms are clean.
No breakfest. Not cosy at all.

The hotel is in a really good location. It's very close to the river and the central train station. The staff was helpful and nice.
The cleaning staff didn't do a very good job. The room was quite dusty, and the floor wasn't very clean. The bed was also uncomfortable.
