Smooth check in/out process - kudos to Juan Torres and his coworkers. We had a great dinner at their sky restaurant. Food and service was fantastic with a great view of Salzburg.

Wow!!! We stayed in a suite. 1200 sqft. Did not disappoint! Front desk staff incredible and helpful. Room spotless. Very well appointed. We will be back. Perfect location for an easy walk to every thing. Roof top bar has incredible views.

Beautiful hotel, very clean- the staff were very warm and friendly. Valet easy to use. Surprisingly the rooftop bar had the best dinner in Salzburg- we were very happy with our stay- king size bed had 2 twin down comforters and plenty of down pillows- very comfortable and firm mattress, will definitely stay again!

An incredible stay! The hotel room was great but the staff, especially Clemens at the front desk, was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to help us multiple times. The food at the restrurants was outstanding and the location to the main attractions was perfect.

The hotel was reasonably nice but could use a refresh. A lot of brown carpet and general decor. Air conditioning did not function well and had to open the windows to stay cool. Could be a problem in the summer. In-room glassware was not clean. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful although a restaurant recommendation was not good. The rooftop restaurant and sky bar were fantastic and the location was good. Would probably not stay here again.

The hotel itself is very nice, great staff. The only problem we encountered was you can literally hear everything! I’m guessing the windows aren’t sound proof. The garbage man came at 6am and you could definitely hear each glass being put into the truck, drunken people in the middle of night, screaming kids, traffic! Overall we wouldn’t stay here again, it’s way too noisy and for as much money as we paid it wasn’t worth it.

Beautiful hotel located not far from train station and close to Mirabell Gardens. Fantastic view from the rooftop restaurant which is very nice and upscale, with indoor and outdoor seating. Our room was for 3 people and it had two rooms and a huge bathroom (for Europe) with shower.

This hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment. The hallways and room looked like they had not been refreshed since the 90s. Both the hallways and our room had a musky damp smell. The temperature in our room was excessively warm - we both slept without any sheets in the middle of winter as we were so hot. The heaters in the room had locks on the temperature dial to prevent us from turning the heat down. We did not see locks on the heaters at any other hotel during our 4 weeks travelling through Europe, and found the excess power consumption it caused ironic given the hotel tells you how sustainable it is at every opportunity. We also attempted to have a drink in the highly promoted sky bar, however were told that we could only enter if we sat down for food. The bar area was empty and apparently is not used as a bar. The only highlight was that the hotel has a large sauna which we were able to make use of. This was the most expensive and most underwhelming hotel we stayed at during our 4 week trip.

It is located in the heart of Salzburg, but the room was surprisingly quiet. Th staff was very friendly and helpful with activity reservations and recommendations. The breakfast spread was superb, and the skybar was a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The car was loaded/unloaded/parked/brought back with care by very efficient porter crew. The only tips for improvement would be: - The sofa bed needs a topper, - shampoo/ body wash combo doesn’t really work well for the hair

This is the nicest hotel we have ever stopped in. Spotlessly clean and amazing breakfast. Not the cheapest hotel, but we certainly got more than expected. Excellent location too. I wouldn’t hesitate to book the same hotel if we ever return to Salzburg.

Hotel was very convenient to the old town & bus stop. Old town was only 10 min walk. Breakfast was very good. We used rooftop restaurant for our dinner most nights. Area around the train station is bit rough.

The hotel is beautiful and modern. Few steps away from mirabell palace. Right between the Salzburg hbf and old town. Walkable. The restaurant have good service and beautiful view. The beef dish is to die for. Probably the only thing that did not make it a perfect score was I choose the hotel for it was my daughters birthday that day that we check in. Two days before that her apartment was burned down. But life goes on. Probably I’m just used to hotels that if you are celebrating a special occasion they do something about it. They don’t. Otherwise this is a good hotel to stay.

I cannot say enough about this hotel. It was our first trip to Salzberg and the hotel location was perfect. The staff was very helpful in giving us directions to where we wanted to go and help with reservations. I absolutely would stay here in and highly recommend them.

This is a sparkling clean, quiet hotel within walking distance to the train and most sites; including the Mirabell Palace and gardens. Outstanding staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Did not do breakfast buffet; many cafe’s nearby for coffee and croissants.
