The location's great, just 8 minutes walk from the central station (1 bus station away) where most of the shops are located. the bus stop is just right in front.
Room's quiet, new with enough space and wardrobe for our things. Breakfast spread is small, authentic & they'll add a bit of variety everyday. The staff's very attentive too! (they'll replenish things right away). There's elevator which is a bonus since our mom's on wheelchair. Checkin's a breeze and we're given mobile card to travel around the city for free for the whole our stay.
You can take a short ride by bus to the old town, mirabell garden, mozartplatz and many other beautiful places in salzburg. We love~ salzburg!
All's great, but perhaps just for improvements:
The tap is a little too high from the basin so the water will splash everywhere (even when we open just a little).
It'll be better if the bedsheets can be changed every 2/3 days at least (we're there for 4 nights but the sheets are not changed) and the floor's vacuumed.

I booked 3 rooms of which had different layout. It was smart how the floor plan was done. The breakfast was great and neat. I stayed for 2 nights and both days breakfast was different. A lot of variety with good quality. The bus stop to the old town was on the opposite side of the place. And short walk to the central main station or 1 bus stop away.
The pillow was a bit flat.

Friendly staff and clean.
The room was small. Very clean but basic. The area is extremely noisy. Constant stream of cars driving with their music on loud so the neighborhood could hear it. The breakfast was basic and terrible. No choices. Not worth considering.
